- **B&B Group Calendar Competition's – Terms and Conditions**
- **1. Introduction:**
- 1.1. The B&B Group Calendar Competitions (“Competition") are organised by B&B Group, (herein referred to as “B&B"), a UK-based company.
- 1.2. By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any amendments or additions made by B&B.
- **2. Eligibility:**
- 2.1. The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- **3. Entry Guidelines:**
- 3.1. To enter the Competition, participants must submit original, landscape-oriented photographs featuring farming, agricultural, rural themes or relevant machinery use via email to the specified address
- 3.2. Entries must not contain offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted material. B&B reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates this condition.
- 3.3. Each entrant may submit multiple entries, but only one image per person may be selected for the calendar
- 3.4. By entering the Competition, participants grant B&B a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the submitted photos for promotional purposes related B&B's 2026 calendar, social media and print usage.
- **4. Competition Period:**
- 4.1. The Competition opens on 31st May 2025 and closes on 19th September 2025 (“Competition Period").
- **5. Winner Selection:**
- 5.1. Winners will be selected from all eligible entries by B&B. The winners will be chosen based on the quality, relevance, and creativity of their submitted photos.
- 5.2. The winners will be notified by 1st November 2025, after the Competition Period ends.
- 5.3. B&B's decision regarding the winners is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the outcome.
- **6. Prizes:**
- 6.1. Each winner will receive a gift bag from B&B.
- 6.2. The winning photos will be featured in B&B's official 2026 calendar.
- 6.3. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
- **7. Notification:**
- 7.1. The winners will be notified through the email used for submission. Winners must respond to the notification within 28 days to claim their prizes. Failure to respond within this period will result in the prize being forfeited.
- **8. Publicity Release:**
- 8.1. By accepting the prize, winners agree that B&B may use their names, submitted images, and related details for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- **9. Data Protection:**
- 9.1. B&B will handle participants' personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By entering the Competition, participants consent to the use of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- **10. Disqualification:**
- 10.1. B&B reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- **11. Changes to the Competition:**
- 11.1. B&B reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Competition or any part of it in the event of unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond its control.
- **12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:**
- 12.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- By participating in the B&B Group Calendar Competitions, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
