  • The FCA is the independent watchdog that regulates financial services. It requires us to give you this document, and you should use this information to decide if our services are right for you.

  • WHICH SERVICE WILL WE PROVIDE YOU WITH?

  • Within our organisation there are several finance options we can provide. We believe it is important that all options are explained so that you may make an informed decision as to the most appropriate method based on suitability, eligibility, and your chosen vehicle. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed.

  • CREDIT REFERENCE AGENCIES AND SEARCHES?

  • If you choose to take a financial product with us, we will ask you to give your consent for carrying out searches against you. We will pass your details to our lender(s) who will employ the services of a Credit Reference Agency in conjunction with other checks to determine their ability to lend. B&B Tractors may have to pass your application to more than one lender from our panel, which may result in more than one credit search being undertaken and being applied your credit file.

  • WHAT WILL YOU HAVE TO PAY US FOR OUR SERVICES?

  • We do not charge fees for our broker related services. We may receive a commission payment or other benefits from finance providers should you decide to enter into an agreement with them. These fees may be variable or pre-set dependent on the product and the volume that we place with the chosen supplier. If you ask us what the amount of commission is we will tell you in good time before the finance agreement is executed.

  • Bowring Transport Ltd t/a B&B Tractors is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Our FCA Register number is 741347.

  • THE FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN'S SERVICE (FOS)

  • We feel sure that this will not be the case but if you cannot settle your complaint with us directly, you may be entitled or wish to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service who operates as an independent arbitrator within the regulated financial industry.
