SANY Sales Specialist - Fauld

  • About Us
  • B&B Tractors is a well established agricultural dealership with over 25 years of experience in delivering industry-leading machinery to customers across the Midlands. We are expanding into the construction industry and are very excited to have added the excellent SANY brand into our product range.
  • Main Role
  • Reporting to the Director, you will be based at our Fauld Branch in Derbyshire (DE13) and will be required to promote the SANY excavator brand to customers in your territory. The territory covered consists of Staffordshire and South Derbyshire. You will be required to visit all customers in your territory to understand their needs and promote both our business and yourself in a positive manner. You will need to manage the sales process from enquiry through to sale and delivery, and will be required to achieve a number of sales targets. You will be required to work alongside our current SANY Specialist for the North to discuss stock and attachments.
  • Candidate Requirements
  • The potential candidate must have experience working within the construction industry and will ideally have a sales background. The role demands a self-motivated person who can work on their own but can also adopt the ethos of the group sales team. A positive attitude and friendly character is of high importance for this role.

Assistant Accounts Administrator- Warsop


  • The Role and Responsibilities
  • We are searching for a structured, personable Assistant Accounts Administrator to provide support to our Group
  • Accounts Manager and our accounting team and to ensure that the department runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Reporting to the Group Accounts Manager, the Assistant Accounts Administrator will support with the day-to-day
  • functioning of the accounting processes and other administration tasks.
  • You should be knowledgeable, analytical, and decisive, with excellent attention to detail and strong communication
  • skills.
  • This role would suit someone who has previous experience in an accounts department and is looking for a move into a
  • more autonomous role within a fast paced and growing Agricultural Dealership, with the opportunity to progress.
  • Responsibilities:
  • • Assist and support with the accounts payable functions for the group.
  • • Help maintain the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and accounting records.
  • • Assist with machinery sales invoicing and administration, working closely with the Territory Sales Managers as
  • required.
  • • Control the parts invoice matching function to purchase orders utilising our electronic invoice filing system
  • (docstore).
  • • Match warranty credits received to outstanding warranty claims and investigate and report any differences.
  • • Support with routine department activities, such as processing payments and employee expenses to ensure that
  • they are completed accurately and on time.
  • • Assist the Group Accounts Manager to maintain accurate and complete financial records and reconcile month end
  • balances.
  • • Assist the Group Accounts Manager & Group Accountant with any data required for the annual audit.
  • • Support the Group Accountant to compile, analyse, and report financial information to management when required.
  • Working hours: 8am until 5pm with 1/2 hour dinner (42.5 hours)
  • Holidays: 28 days paid annual leave per annum (includes public holidays)
  • Pension: 3% employer, 5% employee
  • Salary: Dependant on the candidate and experience
