Construction Equipment Service Technician

Overview

The Role

B&B Plant, focusing solely on our exciting new partnership with SANY, is looking for technicians to join our aftersales teams at our East Midlands depots in Fauld and Warsop. With our ongoing success and growth in the construction industry, we are seeking dedicated, self-motivated, and highly skilled engineers. If you have a passion for construction machinery, or experience as a service engineer or technician in another industry and are looking for a change of direction, we would love to hear from you.


Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

    • NVQ level 2/3 in plant equipment or HGV. Product training will be available for the right candidate.
    • Have previous experience of troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs.
    • Experience of hydraulic systems and electronics, being capable of diagnosing faults and performing repairs to a high standard.
    • Hold a current CSCS card and be compliant with internal and external health & safety policies, quality assurance and environmental legislation, working safely at all times.
    • Capable of working alone but also part of a bigger team.
    • You must hold a current driving licence and be prepared to work on customers sites, completing paperwork to aide efficient administration and invoicing.
