Terms and Conditions:
1. To qualify for this campaign cash support offer, each ATV/SXS must be registered on the Honda UK Customer
Records system immediately following retail sale (customer purchase) or by 1 April 2026 and replaced with any
qualifying ATV/SXS model order within the campaign period.
2. Honda (UK) will reimburse the Honda Authorised ATV Dealer the value of £210.00 (ZERO VAT) for each
TRX420FM model retailed, registered and replaced within the campaign period.
3. Honda (UK) will reimburse the Honda Authorised ATV Dealer the value of £260.00 (ZERO VAT) for each
TRX520FM or SXS520 (Pioneer) model retailed, registered and replaced within the campaign period.
4. Campaign payments will be calculated monthly based on the volume of FM model ATVs and Pioneer SXS520's
registered by each dealer vs the volume of FM model ATVs and Pioneer SXS520's wholesaled in the same
period. Payments will be made by 15th of each month (February, March and April).
5. Only qualifying models as detailed above will be eligible for the £420/£520 off support offer.
6. TRX420FE1, TRX420FA2, TRX420FA6, TRX520FE2 and TRX520FA6 models are excluded from this offer.
7. Green model options can be included but must be ordered using the correct Green panel kit offer order form.
8. Only relevant ATV/SXS models “registered and replaced" from 2 January 2026 will qualify.
9. Dealers have 24-hours following the end of the campaign period to register outstanding customer retail sales
(1 April 2026), any ATV/SXS registered after this date will be excluded and not paid.
10. Any ATV/SXS not replaced with any qualifying ATV/SXS model, within the campaign period, will be excluded
from the campaign £420/£520 support offer and not paid.
11. Dealers who have qualified for P3 Funding (3-Split Payment Terms) may utilise these terms until the end of the
P3 funding offer period (15th January 2026).
12. ALL other wholesale orders will be placed on standard 30-Day Payment Terms.
13. Any ATV/SXS which was wholesaled by the Honda Authorised ATV Dealer earlier than 31 March 2024 will be
excluded from this offer and will not be paid.
